Standard padel

To date, we've installed over twenty standard padels in both private (private padel club) and public (town hall, tennis club) locations.

Our standard model consists of a steel structure 4m high at the back of the courts and side returns, and 3m high at the sides. The parts are HD plasma-cut to a perfect millimeter.

Our structural posts have a cross-section of 50mm x 100mm with a thickness of 2.5mm.

As there is no standard for post thickness, most builders use 2mm thick posts. A thickness of 2.5mm makes the structure more rigid and therefore stronger and more robust. Posts are galvanized and then powder-coated (baked epoxy). Choice of colors.

The posts are anchored to the ground using a set of rustproof steel bolts and screws.

The glass panels we use are 3m x 2m and 2m x 2m tempered glass panels, 10mm thick. A 12mm thickness is available as an option.

Our mesh panels are 50 x 50mm, 4mm thick. Most manufacturers will offer you 3mm thick mesh because it's cheaper, but the rebound is of poorer quality. In fact, the thinner the thickness, the more rebound will be absorbed by the flexibility of the mesh. We offer 4mm or 5mm on request, for a better rebound of the ball on the mesh.

Our turf is a 12mm-fiber synthetic grass. Officially marked with playing lines in compliance with the International Padel Federation.

Our padel meets the following standards:

- Glazing: standards NF EN 12150-1/2; NF EN 1279-6; NF EN 14449

- Metal structure: EN 10219-1 standards

- Turf: NF EN 15330-1 standards

- Lighting: NF 12193 standards
