Terms of delivery

Deliveries are made by delivery to the post office or to a carrier on our company's premises.

Goods always travel at the consignee's risk, even when prices are quoted carriage paid.

It is therefore the responsibility of the recipient, in the event of damage or shortage, to formulate clear and precise reservations on the delivery slip, and to confirm them to the carrier, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within a maximum of 48 hours.

A copy of this letter must be sent to us. Without this procedure on the part of the customer, our company will not be able to deal with the complaint.
